Celebrate Public Power Week with New Holstein Utilities

New Holstein Utilities is celebrating Public Power Week from September 29 through October 5. Come join us in our celebration!

Public Power Week is an annual event that celebrates the benefits of having a locally-owned and operated electric utility. NHU is joining thousands of public power utilities throughout the country in promoting our reliable and economically priced electric service. New Holstein Utilities is proud to have served the residents of New Holstein and the surrounding area for 98 years.

We are inviting our customers to stop by the NHU office during our week of celebration for some refreshments. While enjoying the refreshments, you can pick up a small gift as a token of our appreciation and you can register to win one of our door prizes. This year we are giving away an electric lawnmower, a 22" flat screen television, solar lights and some gift certificates.

We are also conducting our annual food drive for the area food pantry. Customers can bring in an unexpired, non-perishable or personal care product. Students may also bring in items to the NHU office located at City Hall, the New Holstein Elementary or Middle School, or Divine Savior School. Students who bring in an item(s) can register to win a prize.

We look forward to seeing you during the week!
