NHU Customers to be Surveyed
Residential and business customers of New Holstein Utilities will be randomly selected for a survey being conducted in the coming weeks as part of NHU's objective to improve customer service and better meet customer needs. The Dieringer Research Group (DRG) of Brookfield, Wisconsin will be conducting the market research to determine our customer's perceptions about rates, reliability, communications, customer service, energy efficiency and renewable efforts.
"As a community-owned utility, we are committed to providing our customers with excellent services," stated Randy Jaeckels, NHU's General Manager. "I encourage anyone in our community receiving a call from DRG to please assist us in continuing to improve the services available to our customers by completing the short survey, if they are contacted. We care what our customers think, and their feedback is important to us. With the upcoming elections, we realize the timing may not be best because people are being overwhelmed with phone calls. However, we hope our customers will answer their phones and provide good feedback."
The objective of the market research will be to identify the attitudes and awareness of local utility offerings and discover points of interest regarding energy efficiency and renewables. Information will also be collected regarding customer's satisfaction will their services. DRG will complete daytime, evening and weekend phone interviews. Each interview will last between 8 and 15 minutes. All information collected from the survey will remain confidential.
Customers with questions are encouraged to contact New Holstein Utilities.
